Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough    :- 225 grams
  • Cooking oil
  • Turkey sausage or (any meat sausage of your choice)     :- 340 grams
  • Hash brown potatoes, frozen shredded, thawed     :- 1 cup / 150 grams
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded    :-1 cup / 115 grams
  • Milk     :- 1/4 cup / 60 ml
  • Salt     :-1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper    :-1/8 teaspoon
  • Egg white (optional)   :-  3 eggs
  • Parmesan cheese, grated fresh    :-2 tablespoons / 10 grams

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degree C.
  2. Separate dough into triangles. Press triangles together to form a single round crust on a 12-inch pizza pan coated with little cooking oil. Crimp edges of dough with fingers to form a rim.
  3. Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain.
  4. Top prepared dough with sausage, potatoes, and cheese. Combine milk, salt, pepper, and egg white (if using), stirring with a whisk. Carefully pour milk mixture over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 190 degree C for 25 minutes or until crust is browned.
