  • Parsley leaves, roughly chopped    :- 3 grams

Preparation

  1. In a heavy bottom pan add water and bring to a boil, break corn into halves and simmer just until tender, not more than 5 minutes.
  2. Drain and transfer to a serving dish, drizzle butter over the corn and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and parsley, turning to coat, Serve hot.
