So we have mixed the whole good ingredients ingredients, and has come up with a new one just chill the made drink with ice in cocktail shakers and enjoy with family.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate, chopped    :- 120 grams
  • Sweetened cocoa    :- 1/4 cup / 30 grams
  • Whole milk    :- 1/2 cup / 120 ml
  • Half-and-half, cold    :- 1/2 cup / 120 ml

Garnish

  • Chocolate shaved
  • Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped, and 1/4 cup sweetened cocoa (not instant).
  2. In a 1- to 2-liter pan over medium-high heat, bring 1/2 cup whole milk to a boil; pour milk over chocolate mixture and whirl until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour in 1 1/2 cups cold half-and-half and whirl to blend.
  4. Place 1 cup ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and add half of the chocolate mixture. Shake until cold and strain into a 1480 liter glass or as per your wish with a few ice cubes in it.
  5. Fill glass with club soda and stir. Garnish with whipped cream and/or shaved chocolate.
