Ingredients

  • Sour cream    :-3/4 cup / 180 grams
  • Worcestershire sauce    :- 1 teaspoon / 150 ml
  • Salt    :- 3/4 teaspoon / 3 grams
  • Corn kernels, fresh    :- 3 cups / 450 grams
  • Red bell pepper, finely chopped     :- 1 cup / 150 grams
  • Green onions, finely chopped    :- 1 cup / 150 grams

Garnish

Cilantro, chopped

Preparation

  1. Combine the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and salt in a large mixing salad bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  2. Add corn and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
