Ingredients

  • ground chuck of chicken or pork    :- 500 grams
  • Onion, chopped    :- 100 grams
  • Tomato Ketchup    :- 220 ml
  • Water    :- 60 ml
  • Worcestershire sauce    :- 30 ml
  • Salt    :- 2 grams
  • Pepper    :- 5 grams
  • Burger buns    :- 6

Garnish

  • Onion sliced (optional)
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves  (optional)

Accompaniments

  • French Fries or wafers
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Mustard sauce

Preparation

  1. Cook ground chuck and onion in a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Do the Burger setup on the bottom burger bun. Lettuce, Mayonnaise, tomato, onion rings and pickle chips and place the cooked meat on the setup.
  4. Place the top buns on the setup and serve with fries and sauce.
