Ingredients

  • Italian cheese-flavored thin pizza crust (such as Boboli) or Homemade pizza dough    :- 280 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided    :- 1 1/4 cups / 140 grams
  • Plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices    :- 50 grams
  • Basil, chopped fresh    :- 1/2 cup / 16 grams
  • Italian seasoning, dried    :- 1 teaspoon / 3 grams
  • Balsamic vinegar    :- 2 teaspoons  / 10 ml

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 232 degree C.
  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  3. Arrange tomato slices over cheese; sprinkle with basil. Sprinkle with seasoning; drizzle with vinegar. Top with 3/4 cup cheese.
  4. Bake at 232 degree C for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  5. Cut into 8 slices and serve hot.
